Let's give a big "Who Hah" for that old North Wind out of Benton Crossing!  It was the savior for many a rider this year.  Jeff Landauer had such an easy day that after his ride, he took off on a 30-minute run and then set up his massage table at ride finish.  Not too bad for a guy that had just soloed the last 120 miles of the event and set a new course record of 9 hours 56 minutes.  He humiliated the old record by 20-minutes (one that he and a group of riders set a few years ago).  Most riders were still on Sagehen, while Jeff was exchanging his cycling cleats for a pair of Nikes!   These images were captured on Old Sherwin Grade and Sagehen.
